Corporate Participation

On 27 June 2025, I attended corporate discussions at Türk Telekom covering artificial intelligence, network technologies and cybersecurity. This was not a separately named conference or public event. These subjects correspond to services and technology areas described in the company's public documentation.

Artificial Intelligence and Speech Technologies

The areas discussed included speech-to-text (STT/ASR), text-to-speech (TTS), AI-assisted conversational systems, document processing and audio-visual content technologies. Türk Telekom’s public documentation for its Central Interactive Voice Response service lists TTS and automatic speech recognition in its advanced IVR package [1]. Its TiTi digital assistant is also publicly described as an AI-assisted interface for customer questions and selected transactions [2].

Tivibu was another subject within the digital media discussion. Content processing, subtitles, voice synthesis and image analysis were considered at the level of technology areas.

Networks and Cybersecurity

The network and systems discussion included firewalls, secure remote access, access control, intrusion detection and prevention, centralised security monitoring and audit logging. Türk Telekom’s public cybersecurity portfolio covers DDoS mitigation, advanced threat prevention (APT), web application firewalls (WAF), firewall services and IPS. Its Cybersecurity Centre portfolio also lists security event monitoring, SIEM, threat intelligence and managed security services [3, 4].

Identity and access management, multi-factor authentication, security log retention and logging services under Turkish Law No. 5651 were also relevant to the topics discussed [4].
