This page describes the copyright, reuse, attribution, and licensing conditions applicable to original material published on alikoker.com.tr. The policy owner and publisher is Muhammet Ali Köker. Protection applies to original expressions and other subject matter eligible for protection.

3. Ownership and Voluntary Registration

Copyright arises under applicable law when an eligible work is created; the notice on this page is not a registration procedure that creates copyright. The Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Culture and Tourism, General Directorate of Copyright, states that voluntary registration does not create rights and is a declaratory process intended primarily to facilitate identification of the author of a work.
