Cisco CCNA 4 — Designing and Supporting Computer Networks

In Cisco CCNA 4, I studied network requirements, IP addressing, campus and WAN prototypes, application effects, network design and technical proposals.

Cisco CCNA 4 brought the earlier networking topics together from a design and support perspective. I worked through requirements, characterization of an existing network, IP-addressing decisions, campus and WAN prototypes, application effects and proposal preparation as stages of one design process.

For me, this final CCNA stage marked the transition from learning individual networking technologies to relating requirements to concrete network-design decisions.
