Log

Turkish equivalent: Log kaydıDomain: Observability

A timestamped event record containing structured or unstructured information about application, system, or security behavior.

Observability Context

A log is a timestamped event record that can carry structured attributes, free text, or both. Correlation IDs, trace IDs, and stable semantic attributes make logs easier to connect with other telemetry, while sensitive data and high-volume debug output require explicit production controls.

Evidence Boundary

A log line is not automatically ground truth. The code can emit a message before a transaction later fails, omit an important branch, or record a local interpretation that differs from the final distributed outcome.
