HTS/CDR Analyzer for Java

Offline Java research software for HTS/CDR-style records with source provenance, RAW/DEDUP separation, and explainable contact, IMEI, temporal, and cell-site analysis.

This research software is a Java application for offline examination of HTS/CDR-style telecommunications traffic records. The design starts with preservation of the source rather than with an analytical result: each imported source version is identified by a hash, original rows remain distinguishable from normalized and derived fields, and RAW and deduplicated views are not treated as interchangeable datasets.

The analysis layer combines explainable methods for communication frequency and direction, common contacts, IMEI-line relationships, temporal windows, activity gaps, cell-site observations, Haversine distance, Jaccard similarity, and robust MAD. These outputs do not automatically establish a person, an exact location, or a legal conclusion. They produce measurements and candidates that can be traced back to the underlying records and reviewed by an analyst.

The application is built with Java 25 and Spring Boot and is designed for offline data processing.
